BLINDED BY THE LIGHT

We are Blinded by the Light, a hard rock band from Finland, formed in 2019. Our music blends elements of classic rock with a modern, heavy sound, creating explosive and energetic tracks that hit straight to the heart.

Our journey started with a deep passion to create powerful and emotional music. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to find our unique sound and grow as musicians. In 2025, we released our long-awaited debut EP, which was produced by the talented Anssi Kippo at Astia Studios.

Our music is defined by strong guitar riffs, driving rhythms, and catchy melodies that make us stand out. What we’re most proud of, though, is the energy we bring to our live shows. We’ve played gigs across Finland, building a solid reputation as a high-energy, electrifying live act. Each performance is a chance for us to connect with the audience and bring the music to life in a way that can’t be captured in a studio.

Over the years, our lineup has changed a bit, but every change has only made us stronger. In 2023, Elmeri joined us as the bassist, and in the autumn of 2024, we welcomed Jarkko as our drummer. Jarkko and Elmeri  has elevated our sound and pushed us to new heights, bringing a new level of precision and power to our music.

We’re a band that’s constantly evolving and pushing boundaries, but one thing remains the same: our commitment to creating music that resonates with our fans. Our journey is just getting started, and we’re excited for what lies ahead.
